Indio Epoxy surfboards are a model range by the infamous Spanish company Pukas, who are based at San Sebastian in the Basque region. The Indio is what we would class as a Minimal, which are perfect for the local south coast waves and this is the largest size, of 6'6" x 22.6" with 52lt of volume (we believe the 'Plus' denotes higher volume). The boards when new are supplied bare and the owner of this one had Futures Deck pads fitted from day one, so it has not been waxed prior  (that usually means that the pads don't stick properly) It's fin system is Futures tri-fin and it's fitted with a set of 11cm Nylon fins (fine for a newcomer, as flexible if the board grounds and soft if you fall on them!) but if you would like a better set of fins, then there is a link below to the Pukas website where they suggest a range of Future fins for this board. The board was purchased in 2022 and has been used 3 times, hence it's like new, apart from one tiny 'bruise' on the starboard rail near the nose, which is purely cosmetic. The board is pictured on a bag but this is not included in the sale (it was windy, so did not dare put the board on raised pads!) Pukas say.. 

A shortboard in a mini longboard package.  Don't be fooled by its boat-like (or longboard) appearance, the kick in the tail rocker makes this board turn like a shortboard. The nose rocker helps to avoid digging the nose on the take off and rails during bottom turns.

The Indio Plus is the perfect surfboard for anyone. It's a board that has the "easy surfing" shape for beginners providing volume, stability and paddling power but has the shortboard manouverability that intermediate surfers want to keep progressing or even for more advanced surfers, that just want a fun and easy going board for those lazy beach days.
