The Block Impact Vest doesn't hold back when it comes to impact protection, due to the super thick padding. This vest is made of Clash foam for extra protection, but is non-padded where your harness sits so it's still comfy to wear. It will also give you that extra bit of warmth thanks to the neoprene.
