These were the things to have before the Waterproof changing robe came along. They are still the best thing to go over a wet wetsuit to keep you warm when rigging, kitesurfing (the coat has a slot for a spreader hook to protrude through...mainly for an instructor to be able to 'hook in' but some do wear these coats on the water) taking a break between sessions / races or..  walking the dog!
