The Prolimit Predator unisex shoe. The shoe has an adjustable cord for ankle closure, a velcro strap on the arch of the shoe that stops your toes driving forward into the end of the shoe when entering foot straps or bindings. The neoprene of the shoe is 3mm thick, the sole is fairly thin for 'feel' but also durable and the heel of the shoe is reinforced for extra support.
